The BASEPLEX series 3968 comprises the insert combination of cellulose acetate / nylon. The red cellulose acetate insert is both hard and oil and grease resistant. The white nylon insert is even slightly harder than the red one and wear resistant. Made of high-quality zinc diecast, the body comes with an overstrike protector and a technically advanced holder for the inserts. The wooden handle is ergonomic and varnished. The inserts and the handle are replaceable. This version is available in sizes ranging from D25mm to D50mm.
